It's important to note that if the blue light turns on and you hear the motor running but the soap doesn't dispense after inserting the batteries, try pouring the soap into a separate container. Then fill the pump with hot water (not boiling) and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it cools. Place your hand in front of the motion sensor and repeat until the water flows smoothly. After emptying the water, refill the pump with soap. If the soap is too thick, adding some water can help thin it out. But be aware that Otto Automatic Soap Pump is not suitable for foaming, granular, or thick gel-based soap or sanitizer.
